Return Portal
You can shop with confidence and return items if they are not right for you. We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note that:
- All returns must be processed through the returns portal. No merchandise will be accepted without initiating the return process through it.
- Refunds will be subject to a 15% restocking fee on all orders.
- Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. In the event of loss, theft, or damage during transit, we recommend purchasing shipment tracking or insurance with your postal carrier. Paris Mode Pty. Ltd. does not accept liability for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- You will be refunded to your original payment method once we have received your return. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
- We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item, receive a refund, and then place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
The return policy does not apply if the goods are:
- without tags
- on sale
- gift cards
- worn or used
- damaged or altered by the user
How to Return Your Order
If you would like to initiate a return, please go to your account in the top-right corner and click on your name. Click “Request Return” on the order you wish to return and follow the prompts. If you placed your order as a guest, please click here to process your return.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In such cases, the customer will be reimbursed for delivery and return shipping costs and issued a full refund.
