Shipping

A shipping confirmation email is sent automatically once your order leaves our facility. If you haven't received your email, we recommend:

  • Check your spam, junk, or promotion folders.
  • Ensure your email address was entered correctly at checkout.

If you placed your order more than 5 business days ago and haven’t received a shipping update, please contact us at sales@parismode.com.au with your order details.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at sales@parismode.com.au as we may be unable to cancel it once it has been processed or dispatched.

Please note:

  • Cancellation Windows: We process orders promptly to ensure timely delivery. Once an order has been picked, packed, or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.
  • Order Review: As we’re unable to modify orders once placed, please carefully review your items, sizes, colours, quantities, shipping details, and discount codes before completing your purchase. Paris Mode is not responsible for errors made during checkout.
Checkout

If you encounter any issues during checkout, we recommend trying the following steps:

  • Check Required Details: Ensure all required shipping information, contact details, and payment fields are completed accurately.
  • Switch Browser or Device: Clear your browser cache or open an incognito or private window, then try again.
  • Try an Alternative Payment Method: PayPal Express Checkout may help resolve checkout errors.

If you’re still unable to place your order, please contact us at sales@parismode.com.au with your order details, including product names, SKUs, colours, and quantities.

Card Payment 

If your credit card payment was declined, please check the following:

  • Card Details: Ensure your card number, expiry date, security code (CVV), and billing address are entered correctly.
  • Available Balance & Limits: Ensure your account has sufficient funds and your transaction is within your card’s spending limit.
  • Bank Security: Ensure your card is active and has not been temporarily restricted by your bank for security reasons.

All payments are subject to validation and authorisation by your card issuer. If your payment is declined, a notification will appear during checkout.

As we are unable to access the specific reason for a declined payment, please contact your card issuer for further information.

Discount Codes

Once you’ve subscribed to our newsletter, you’ll receive your discount code by email. If you haven’t received an email, please:

  • Verify that you entered your email address correctly.
  • Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.

Conditions

  • Only one discount code can be applied at checkout.
  • Each discount code is limited to one use per customer.
  • Discount codes only apply on full-priced items over $40. Sale items, items under $40, gift cards, and gift wrapping are not eligible.
  • Customers must enter the same email address associated with their newsletter subscription at checkout and remain subscribed. Customers who are not subscribed or who have unsubscribed are not eligible.
Colour & Pattern Variations

Actual product colours and patterns may vary slightly from the images shown on screen, reflecting the unique character of each piece.

  • Colours: Colours may vary slightly due to photography lighting and individual screen display settings.
  • Patterns: Our cellulose acetate products are crafted from patterned blocks and finished by hand, making each piece unique. Natural variations in the pattern mean no two pieces are exactly alike.
Caring Instructions

To preserve the appearance and shape of your accessories, store them carefully and avoid direct contact with:

  • Harsh or abrasive surfaces
  • Alcohol, perfumes, cosmetics, and hairsprays
  • Extreme heat or prolonged sun exposure
  • Prolonged water exposure

Material-Specific Care

  • Cellulose Acetate: Clean with water and a mild detergent, then dry immediately with a soft cloth to prevent water spots or deformation.
  • Fabric: Gently spot clean with water and allow to air dry completely before storing.
  • Metal: Avoid wearing metal accessories in swimming pools, salt water, or hot springs. If exposed to salt water or chlorine, rinse thoroughly with fresh water and dry immediately.

Our accessories are crafted from high quality Italian cellulose acetate, an alternative to petroleum-based plastics derived from renewable wood pulp and natural cotton fibres. Unlike conventional plastics, cellulose acetate is biodegradable under certain conditions and offers a more environmentally conscious alternative. Key benefits include:

All our products are designed in-house and handcrafted in small batches by skilled artisans in France and Australia. Blending traditional craftsmanship with modern technology, we pay close attention to detail to ensure quality in every piece.

We produce in limited quantities and work exclusively with partners who uphold safe working conditions and fair, ethical wages.
