Order Tracking
After placing your order online:
- You will receive an email confirmation containing your order details.

Once your item has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. You can use this tracking number on the Australia Post website to track your parcel.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to an incorrect address. Please ensure your address is correct when placing your order and that you are available to receive the delivery.
Please note that you have 14 days from the date of dispatch to notify us if your order has not been received. Unfortunately, contacting us after this timeframe may affect our ability to guarantee a refund.
Delivery Estimation
Currently, we ship within Australia, New Zealand, the USA, Canada, the UK, select European Union countries, South Africa, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Taiwan, Israel, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Brazil, and Argentina.
Our order processing, shipping, and delivery operations run Monday to Friday only. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
While we strive to process orders promptly, please note that delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs clearance or payment approval delays. We appreciate your understanding.
