Shipping Policy
After placing your order online:
- You will receive an email confirmation containing your order details.
- A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your item is shipped out.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to the incorrect address. Please ensure that your address is correct when placing your order and that you will be available to receive your order upon delivery.
Delivery Estimation
Orders are processed, shipped and delivered from Monday to Friday only. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a public holiday, will be processed the following business day. We attempt to process orders at the soonest possible; however, delivery delays may be experienced due to COVID-19 disruptions.

All orders shipped outside of Australia might be subject to additional shipping charges based on the end country's taxes, tariffs and duties. These fees are not associated with Paris Mode PTY LTD. If you have additional questions about customs charges, please contact your local customs office.
Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@parismode.com.au with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return requests for change of mind may only be eligible for store credit or exchange. Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. For any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit, we advise you to take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Paris Mode Pty. Ltd. does not accept liability for parcel loss or damage in transit.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
The return policy does not apply if the goods are:
- worn or used
- damaged or altered by the user
- sale items
- gift cards
- without tags
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this case, the client will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges and be issued a full refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
