How do you assure sustainability and ethical fashion?

Our accessories are made of high-quality Italian Cellulose Acetate which is an eco-friendly non-petroleum-based material originating from renewable resources of wood pulp, cotton and wool fibres. Cellulose Acetate is a sustainable alternative to petroleum-based products and unlike other plastics, it is biodegradable and environment friendly. Some of the notable characteristics of acetate are as following:

• Eco-friendly
• Luxurious look (Acetate frames are carved out of rich coloured blocks some of which have patterns embedded to it, while standard plastic has to be spray painted in order to achieve patterns or shine)
• Comfortable to wear (High flexibility will allow the shape of items to be adjusted to the wearer head shape gradually by using)
• Long lasting (More durable than standard plastic)
• Extremely light weight
• Soft glossy finish

Besides, all our products are designed in house and are handcrafted one by one in France and Australia by artisans combining traditional methods and technology with the highest quality standards. Every piece is made with close attention to details and it takes many steps to be fully crafted. Hence, Paris Mode accessories are produced small-scale and our experts only accept to work with ethical wages and in safe working conditions.

Why haven’t I received the discount code after subscription for the newsletter?

Once you enter your email, please make sure to confirm your subscription and activate your account from the email that has been sent to you. If you have not received it in your inbox yet, please make sure you have provided the correct email address and check your spam and junk emails.

Why doesn’t discount code work?

Customers are not able to enter a code if an automatic discount is already applied at checkout. Discounts cannot be combined and there is a limitation of one use per customer.

Why didn't I get an email about my order being shipped?

Shipping notification email is sent out automatically when your order has been shipped out. If you did not receive an email, you may have entered your email incorrectly or it could have been sent to your spam or junk folder. If you have not received an email about your order being shipped after 5 business days, please contact us via sales@parismode.com.au.

Why can’t I checkout?

We suggest you try again from a different device or browser. Also using PayPal express checkout could be helpful in some cases. If you still have trouble, you can email us your order details including SKU, colour and quantity to sales@parismode.com.au.

Why has my credit card been declined?

Please check if all the details on your card match the checkout information and you have enough balance in your card. Also ensure your card is not suspended by the bank for a review or your card doesn’t have a withdrawal limit. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your credit card refuses to or for some reason does not authorise payment to Paris Mode then you will be notified of this during the checkout process. For further details of declined payments, please contact your card issuer.

Why is the item that I received slightly different from the photo?

The colour of screen photos might differ from actual products due to the lighting exposure in photography or different monitor's displays. Also, please note that the prints on hand-painted and hand-crafted items are placed randomly on the surface and the actual item prints might not be exactly as the photo.
